Bellwether Trials in Taxotere Lawsuit to Begin May 2019

On June 13th, the federal court overseeing thousands of Taxotere lawsuits ordered that bellwether trials will begin in May 2019. Taxotere (docetaxel) is a chemotherapy drug manufactured by Sanofi-Aventis.
